I'm considering whether to apply for an Oxford summer course in English Literature.

I would love to attend an Oxford summer course for 2017, but I am curious as to whether I am aiming beyond my capabilities. I achieved A*A*AC at A-Level, and I have just completed my first year at Keele University reading English. I truly wanted to go to university that is higher on the league tables, but due to accepting an unconditional offer from Keele; adjustment was not an option. Does anyone have any advice or guidance in regards to applying for Summer courses at Oxford for someone in my position?


What do you mean by a summer course exactly? Are you referring to courses by the Dept of Continuing Education? :confused:
