What does this body language mean? Hands behind back

Okay so you're at a party, you notice a guy has a fly in his hair so
You stroke his hair to get the insect out and he suddenly smiles and quickly put his hands behind his back grabbing his left arm with his right hand.

Does that mean he was uncomfortable or happy that the person touched him?

He's trying to hold in a poo. Literally.
Happy but bashful
Probably made him feel shy.

Never heard of this move before... I think it really depends. Where was he looking? Which way was he leaning? Was he trying to be distant or close? If this a movement that he would do normally? What is his normal body language like etc. These are questions you need to ask yourself
