I updated my student finance application that had previously been approved and payments had been scheduled, I previously had my term time address down as my home as I didn't know where I was going to be living but now I do so I updated my address, and it says I may have to wait six weeks? Why is this when it doesn't affect my circumstances e.g parents financial status and how long can I expect to be waiting before having payments scheduled?

    Hi there.

When you change your address it can affect your funding so this will be flagged as requiring a review.

It's unlikely it will take as long as 6 weeks, that's just the longest it can take during peak times, it's more likely to be closer to 2 weeks at this time.
