Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016

    So today was results day
hope everyone got the grades they wished for
I passed all my GCSE's except for English lit/lang and Maths
    i know i'm devastated !

I know i have to retake them exams but i was wondering does that mean that i have to do btech instead of my chosen A levels. As i wanted to do geography and photography and i passed those with a C and and A , so the maths and English aren't an interferance with my chosen a level

One last thing can i complete two A levels and one btec course at A level to make that 3 A levels as i don't want to do Btech at my school as they have no options which i'm interested in or which will help me in the future

You'll have to talk to your 6th form/college.

At mine you have to have at least Cs in Maths and English to do any A levels, and without them you could do a vocational level 2 course whilst resitting.

Some places might let you in but I've never head of a college or 6th form that will let anyone without Maths and English take A Levels.

Many places would let you do a mixture of A Levels and BTECs if you had the right grades but I think you should find out first if you can do a level 3 course or not, and then disscuss your options
