Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016

I have just passed my AS year. I am now looking to apply at other universities.I am really finding it difficult to understand the entry requirements.

I want to apply to universities I have a chance of getting into - But because A levels is never mentioned in the American / Dutch / Scandinavian universities I am finding it really hard to know what grades I need at A level to get to a foreign uni.

Could someone please help me with converting A levels to the 4.0 GPA for USA universities.

Could someone please help me converting my A levels to the 10.0 GPA for Dutch universities?

I don't even have a clue about scandinavian universities, from what I read I think I need to be proficient in speaking the native language.
I am also limited to what courses I can take in the Netherlands because I only know how to speak English.
Should I pay to have a language tutor is it a waste of time to even consider foreign universities?
