Uni and retake maths

Heey guys,

I recently received my maths Igcse results and I got a D I was very disappointed with my result because I had worked hard for this I am
going to uni soon and I am not sure what to do about my maths I havs achieved all my a and c in other subjects like english but maths is my only problem and the problem is that i am unable to find the actual grade boundaries because it only gives me a gcse score of 34 and i looked online and it said that i had to achieve 40 points to get a C so i am currently stuck not sure what to do but got a confrimed place at uni i have asked for a remark of my paper but I havent gotten a response from my teachers need help
