Basically, I got Bs for both of those subjects and this could limit my chances of getting into dentistry as 5 out of 16 of the dental schools in the UK ask for A's in English Language mainly but some let you off if you have an A in Lit. I am considering a remark in English as a lot of the marking is dependent on the examiner marking it seeing as there is no "right or wrong answer" in English Lang/Lit.

Anyways, here are my UMS for each exam - let me know if it's worth getting a remark and if so, which papers.

    English Literature:
    Overall Grade = B Overall UMS = 157 (3 UMS off an A which is 160/200)
English Literature Unit 1 Higher - Grade = D UMS = 35 out of 70 (I ran out of time in this exam and wrote about 6 lines for the last 20 marker on poetry analysis and comparison)
    English Literature Unit 2A Higher - Grade = A* UMS = 79 out of 80
    English Literature Controlled Assesment - Grade = A UMS = 43

    English Language:
    Overall Grade = B Overall UMS = 148 (12 UMS off an A which is 160/200)
    English Unit 1 - Grade = C UMS = 41
    English Unit 2 - Grade = C UMS=40
    English Language Controlled Assessment - Grade = A UMS = 52
    English Language Controlled Assessment - Grade = B UMS = 15

Thank you very much in advance.

Get the Literature D remarked. If they give you a couple extra marks, your whole grade might go up.
