I took my GCSEs in 2013 at school, I feel like I failed them all even tho I have some Cs 😩 I still haven't done any further education as I have been too ill and needed a liver transplant which I had at the end of June my gsces are:
    Mathematics Linear- C
    Mathematics- D
    English Language- D
    English Literature- C
    Religious Studies- D
    Art and Design- B
Art and Design: Textiles Design- C
    Core Science- C
    Additional Science- C
    Health and Social Care- C
    AW2 in ICT- Merit
    Design and Technology- B
Should I retake some before doing further education and try and aim for higher grades? I would love to retake Mathematics, English and Science (Biology and Chemistry) but I don't know if I should 🤔 I want to go to university to study midwifery or children's nursing and I'm technically a mature student as I'm 20
    Thank you for any advice

if you have time and the money to spare to retake
and you are hyped up to exceed in those chosen subjects that you wish to retake
    do it

If you have the time to retake some, I'd retake maths, English language and core science - that is usually what matters most at later stages. If you're going on to do A-levels/ B-tech, you could retake the GCSEs in the subjects you want to take further, if for no other reason just to reacquaint you with the subject content. Good luck making your decision!

    worth a try I think
