Multiple Identity confirmation forms
Hi, I am unsure whether my countersignature will be valid as the doctor who signed it is retired from his work as a GP however has a private clinic at home. I am wondering if I can include another countersignature to send with it in case this one will be rejected. Is this allowed to be done?
