I need to unload a photo to create a ID for the accommodation but every time I try to it says the picture is to big , does anybody know how to get around this?

Open the image in MS paint and crop it until the size is small enough. The place you're uploading it to should have a maximum pixel width and height noted down. If you're unsure how big your image is, open it by right-clicking, and selecting image preview, and it should tell you there.

    Use something like this

It will resize your image file, They probably have a max size hence you need to reduce the file size. Should be fine when its below their max limit.
