There aren't that many underrated degrees imo .It's far easier to talk about the overrated ones.But I guess Liberal Arts and Civil Engineering if you are talking about salary prospects after graduating

Not really . A big share of the econ students are studying economics only for getting into Investment Banking.Probably an overrated degree rather than an underrated one.

Engineering for sure. So many jobs available in that field of work
