okay so i went on holiday with a bunch of mates, met this girl on the first night who lived in another city, found out we had **** loads in common and ended up meeting up every night. we kept messaging when we got back and she asked me to go over. so i got the train over to see her for the night and came back the next day then she dropped the friend zone bomb and said she only saw me as a friend, then got into a relationship with another guy two days later.

SO i recently just got over that, and a friend just had an 18th party and i ended up getting really close with her cousin. all night and every day since people have been saying we looked really good together and we both were really into each other. except she's my friends cousin and she lives in york, and i haven't talked to her or anything since that night but she did add herself on every social media on my phone (hint??)

theres not really a question in this post, but why has distance ****ed me over in the past two months?? do i message my friends cousin and see if we can sort something out or not?

Another way to look at it is that you've made some good connections in spite of distance; yes I'd cultivate cordial relations
