Well I've never been to a bar crawl before.. can someone explain what the night usually consists of? Also how many bars do people typically travel to during the night?

most of it is a blur to me.

If done properly, you won't remember it anyway.

Usually when we went out, it'd be a case of starting off at Wetherspoons because who doesn't like cheap drinks? Then just go from pub to pub until someone suggests we go clubbing, at which point I'd throw all my toys out of the pram and insist that we stay in the pub, after which I'd stay in the pub regardless of how many stayed with me.

i went to an organised crawl in amsterdam basically somewhere along the line it becomes a blur and u cant remember what happened at wat bar. I think it was about 7 or 8 or even 9 places but honestly i don't remember. i met quite a few cool characters an over all me and my friends had a laugh. its definetly more fun than staying in one pub as it gives u new settings and a goal.

It usually involves starting at a pub, intending to move on after a pint but you end up having two, then moving on to the next pub, and the next, then one or two mates go home and you head on to another pub and end up doing shots, then you don't remember much until about 11am when you wake up with a massive hangover.

A bar crawl usually consists of a line up of pubs - usually ending at a nightclub or a big overall bar to finish. You start off at one and generally have one (or two - just depends) drink and then onto the next one. Best way to describe is watch The Worlds End (the film) and it's that similar idea without killer aliens etc.

How many bars you visit is dependent upon who arranged the bar crawl etc.
Usually at university and if the SU has arranged it, it's all linked to bars and clubs that have offers for students etc.

    Best of luck
