Say i get 4 A* in A level or 2As 2A*s do i have a chance to gain a place at a London dental school. These would be Kings College London, Queen Marys And UCL

Naturally i am a very talkative person and have good conversational skills which many people have told me will show in my interview. Also my ECs show good communication skills and interest in helping people. Will my GCSE grades let me down and do i still stand a chance my aim has always been to study dentistry in London

Any help would be appreciated Thank You
