I start my access to nursing (health studies) course really soon! And I know a lot of it is down to yourself, the time you put in and your study at home. What sort of home study does this include? What exactly is an assignment? Is it like an essay? How many hours did you put in? I'm also really worried it all going to overwhelm me! I get stressed easily.

Sorry to see you've not had a reply to this.

Whilst I can't give specific advice, it is natural to feel anxious about uni but when the time comes hopefully you are eased into it, whether its a foundation course or even your first year of uni. The key to staying calm and keeping on top of everything is to handle assignments etc (whatever form they take, up to your uni's definition of it) and submitting them maybe 1-3 days before the deadline (assuming you are happy with it) and you should be fine.
