So basically there is things happened to me which I haven't told anyone and I don't want to. But recently I have been feeling very sick whenever I remember what happened. It feels like my heart is gonna come out of my chest and my whole body starts shaking and sometimes I cry aswell as feeling sick. I did go and see my gp and told him about this and all the other symptoms but he didn't do anything to help. So now it's getting very hard to cope but I don't want to talk to anyone about what happened.
Depending on your age, call Childline or The Samaritans. ( tel 116123) You don't need to give your name or any details about yourself. They won't even know what area you are calling from. They will listen though, without telling you what to do. You deserve to be listened to and given the chance of receiving any help. Telling your doctor and posting here was a start. Please now speak to someone. They are at the end of a phone line now. It will help.

Oh i'm so sorry. I think I can guess what it is is. Something very painful that happened to you when you were younger? You can't keep this suppressed or you really will be ill. Perhaps you could talk to your GP again and ask him if he could arrange for you to have some counselling? Unfortunately I think the waiting list to see a counsellor on the NHS is very long. Perhaps you could telephone Childline anonymously? I'm sure just because you are not a child any more they would happily listen to you all the same. Please don't bottle it all up.
I think they give priority to more important cases though. It's not just a case of being on a never-ending waiting list, but unfortunately you have to fight for it.

OP, I'm so sorry for you having to experience trauma during such a vulnerable part of your life. You can seek help for this, and I know it seems impossible now, but you can cope with this, and move on. But seeking help will make this path so much easier for you.

I wish you all the best :hugs: You are deserving of help, receive it.
