I have done something very wrong.

What do i do now?

Do i send in the new letter?Please help and advice

Hi there.

You should not have sent a forged letter to ourselves to claim funding as this is fraud and can potentially only make your situation worse.

I would recommend sending the letter your Doctor has actually prepared.

Should we conduct any audits or reviews in the future it would be best if we had a genuine claim along with evidence for CPR on file.

How do I send the new letter, my CPR was approved last year. My doctor has had new details in the letter to include I am fit to travel now too.
