    Hi everyone,

As the topic title suggest, I'm interested to hear students' opinions the modules available for the first year for students who will be studying BSC Economics. Which modules did you do, and how did you find them?

First year modules are usually compulsory and you don't have much of a choice if any. Your best bet is to attend as much of the taught stuff as possible and slowly work out what your learning style is.

Most are compulsory, I did 6 econ and 2 politics modules. Found them pretty straight forward. When I was in first year, there were only 6 econ modules available so you had to choose 2 outside of Economics.
