    Hello, I have a problem with the sign up page to the nationwide student account. On the application page, the 'about you' section has you put in details for your finance options - the frequency of which you get loans etc. However, when I try to click to the next step, it tell me this message: ''You didn't enter your annual income. Please tell us your gross annual income in whole pounds without any pound signs, commas or full stops''. There is no option to do this on the page, Ive filled in everything on it. Ive tried putting it under the income sources section but that doesn't work. The images attached show what is going on.
    I was wondering if anybody has done this application successfully could help me?

    Sorry I don't have any advice for you, but the exact same thing is happening to me right now; have you found a solution at all?

    So I just called them today and set up the account by phone.

    I told the guy about the error message and he was really confused and said that shouldn't be happening but said no more about it

    I think the only solution really is to call them up, I tried the website loads of times and it just wasn't happening.
