No pressure, really. I had my first proper party + alcohol about a year ago, and all we did was sit and talk for the most part. Just do what you're comfortable with and make conversation.

My first night I jumped into a bush. I'd jump into bushes anyway. Woo what a rebel...
I'm always amazed how attractive the prospect of jumping into bushes is while intoxicated..... when sober i just think how much it would hurt....

    That's alcohol for you!

I know it's sad but next week will be legit the first time I'm going to a big party. I've never gone to a party before, what do you actually do? And this probably will be my first time drinking alcohol as well, any vital tips? Will I have to dance? :/

How do I not be socially awkward?
Is it a house party or like a social event space? or a club, like where is this party?

House parties, I would recommend not to drink as much as usual, you don't want to be smashed at a house party.
I never feel safe at house parties unless I know every single person which is always unlikely.

You won't HAVE to dance, you can dance if you like
