I have 3 university exams next week and haven't managed to do any revision for any of them. Well, when I say I haven't done any revision, it's not from lack of trying. I hear voices particularly when I'm stressed and recently they've been getting more prominent and they're distracting me from being able to read the books necessary. Right now I'm on track to fail all 3 exams - it's my third attempt at one of them so if I fail that again I can't redo it and I won't be able to progress to next year.
I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. I went to the disability department last week and there were loads of people (which I can't handle), so went again yesterday but there was no one in the office when I got there. I don't know what to do. I feel incredibly stressed and I know that's making my symptoms worse but I don't see any way to stop being stressed when I have so much work to do.
If anyone has any tips, I would be extremely grateful.
