So I want to do law at university and will be taking maths, physics and English lit at A2. I achieved A in English lit, A in physics and a C in maths at AS. I was devastated about the C in maths because I had As in c1 and c2 but an E in M1 which brought my entire grade down . I will be resitting M1. My school predicts one grade higher so my predicted grades will most likely be A*A*B. This is not good enough for any Russel group university outside of Liverpool as they all require A*AA or AAA.
But then I discovered the Newcastle partner program.
The offer for the partner program at Newcastle is ABB which exceeds my predicted grades. It seems like a great Russel group university to go to especially as I aspire to work in a US or MC firm in London (I know these are quite Oxbridge heavy on recruiting but Newcastle is still venerated by them so I have a chance).
They stated that you are legible for the partner program if you have a disability and receive PIP at the enhanced rate for care/mobility or standard rate for both.
I receive DLA for both mobility (lower) and care (middle) which when I checked how much money I receive, weekly would equate to the standard rate for mobility and the standard rate for care.
Would I still be legible for the partner program as DLA is practically the same as PIP? If so I will apply to it and firm it.
