Student finance doesn't show any supplementary grant?

After looking at my entitlement summary for 16/17 i realised that last year i had payments as student support loan as well as supplementary grant. This time it has been approved but doesn't have a supplementary grant, just student support loans. I applied for the same things as last year. Can anyone help?

Yes my mum and her partner have sent all the details and they say its all done, and the household income has changed, but only very slightly and it is still low, meaning i should be getting the grant and should be getting an overall of around £7500, like last year (that is both student support loan and supplementary grant together).

As your query is account specific I would advise you to call us on 0300 100 0607 in order for us to check your account to see why your application has not yet been based on household income.
