My diet hasn't changed, I'm not doing any more exersise than normal, I'm not under any particular stress, I haven't changed my appetite or portion sizes - but I'm still losing significant amounts of weight. Its getting quite worrying! Any suggestions?

How much weight are you losing? If it's >1-2 lbs per week then definitely see a doctor as that's serious weight loss. If not, it could be more mild and able to be treated at home.

Perhaps a tapeworm? I'm not a doctor though so you shouldn't take this seriously!
