This is my first post here on Student Room.
Anyways, I am (as the title says) an Indian applicant who is currently studying in 12th class.

I scored a 10 CGPA in my 10th (CBSE) and I'm expecting above 90% in my 12th (CBSE).
I didn't give any exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT etc.
My extracurriculars include Art, Sketching and a little amount of robotics.
I really want the subject Computer science

The universities I thought of applying to are:
    Cambridge University
    Imperial College London

Do I need to Give any other exams other than my 12th Boards? Do I require letters of recommendation from my teachers including art teacher? Are JEE marks necessary? How can I get an unconditional offer from Cambridge?
What should i put on my Personal Statement?
As far as the scene for undergraduate Scholarship goes I found out about the Dr. Manmohan Singh scholarship for Indians. What chance do I have for getting that scholarship? Do i give an open application or should i prefer a college like St. john's college? Is the scholarship need-based, need-blind, merit-based? What will be the type of interview?
keeping in mind my grades, please suggest all that you may want to, be it the selection of universities, my chances of getting admitted, my chances of getting a scholarship or anything else.

Looking forward to all your replies.
    Thanks in advance.
