Oven chips or deep fried chips?

Which do you prefer?
I like oven chips cause it makes me feel less guilty:u:

Deep fried. I rarely eat oven chips anymore so if I'm going to eat chips I'm going to indulge on the most delicious! :biggrin:
I sometimes make my own, but deep fried.

Deep fried. Preferably in beef dripping.
Deep fried with extra oil and salt, if I'm going to be unhealthy, I'm not going to do it by half measure.

Deep fried, unless something else is going in the oven then I'll just put chips around the sides.

I find frying them is much quicker and less hassle. Sometimes the oven can be a bit off with timings.
People who way oven make me cringe internally, it's the chip equivalent of saying you're going to be making healthy choices so only diet coke from now on.
