Hey i was wondering what I would get predicted as I've achieved BBC at AS? I'm aiming for courses with AAB and AAA but it might be too much of a risk?

Depends how nice your college is really! Some, such as my own, will predict us one grade above first year, because it looks better on applications and they think you're more prepared for the work load. However, some will predict lower (especially with old spec such as maths) because second year may have more/harder content. So it does depend. Also depends on the competitiveness of your uni course. Some will have 10 applicants for every place, so you're likely to come up against applicants with higher AS Level grades, but it also depends on personal statement ect ect... It's hard to determine! Perhaps pick some courses at that level and have a few back up at BBC/BCC

You can always put your first choice that requires AAB/AAA but make sure for your second choice the grades required are realistic (maybe same as your AS grades). From my experience of alevels not many people go up a grade from AS-level to A-level.
