Have yet not to applied for the loan for the tuition fee, is there a chance that I/the university will not get the money in time for term start?

Is there anything you can do to avoid having to pay extra fees because of a delay?

Note that I am an EU student, however, I have lived in England for about three years, but that was back in 2003.

The fees aren't paid until October. But you will need to inform the uni that your fees might be late. And you need to apply ASAP.
