Hi, My ex partner used to live with me and we got both are on NHS funded courses and you also had to apply for student finance for rent, etc while living together.

But as my ex has moved out she is still liable for 2 months more rent as she is a joint tenant with the property. However I have noticed she has been applying for student finance under this address. Even though she has indefinitely moved back into her mom and dads house, who both work and earn enough money to support her.

I'm not sure if she has applied for NHS bursary under my address but would what she be doing classes a fraudulent because she's applying for finances from my address which she only owes two months rent to, but is really living at her parents?
