Hey there! I'm at the 4th year of my MEng course and I needed to apply again for this year.

At the start of my application, I accidentally clicked Postgraduate Loan when I wanted to click Undergraduate (my mistake). However there is no option to remove the application or change it to undergraduate in the application itself.

I've asked Student Finance what to do, and they said that they will remove it within the next 24 Hours from the Postgraduate team - however this was on the Friday and it is still there. I've contacted them again and they've said the same thing, but Is there anything I can do to make sure that either the application is removed so I can reapply for Undergraduate, or just changed to be Undergraduate from my end in case that it's still a Postgraduate Application on my Student Finance page?

Thanks for helping my dumb mistake.

You need to be more patient. You made the mistake, so don't get annoyed when it takes time to fix. Just learn to be more careful in future.

You only asked on Friday, and it's unlikely to be fixed over the weekend, so got just need to wait. If you can't wait, well, you only have yourself to blame.

It may take up to 5 working days to delete this application as we are now in our busy period due to the time of year. Keep checking your online account for this being done.
