Choosing A levels

Hi there, I just finished GCSEs with 11 A*s and I'm not really 100% sure what I want to do at Uni yet. Currently I've chosen, for A levels, Double Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Geography. As you can see, I'm leaning towards the sciences/engineering but I'm also considering economics.

One reason is that I might suddenly not want to go towards the sciences so I want to keep an option open and geography might not be enough.

If you had to drop one subject for economics, what would it be?

I might ask to switch from Chemistry to Economics but I'm also wary that I might not like Economics...

I would be grateful for any advice.

Thanks
