Band 3 in ukcat? do i have no hope

    average 677 total 2030
    but i got band 3 in sjt somehow. do i have no chance ?
    i have 7A*S and 3 As at gcse and As at AS
    am doing bmat but wanted a ukcat backup

    That's not too bad. Just do your research and avoid unis like Edinburgh that specifically say that they base a fair amount of emphasis on SJ. Band 3 is obviously not that good, but you'll be fine - people with band 4 are in much more trouble, as many unis use SJ by not considering those applicants at all. Good luck
