Casual study alongside work?

Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016

Alongside my job, I still have the desire to do some academic studying, essay-writing etc. I can't afford an MA - but are there any part-time institutions or even online platforms through which people do this?
Of course, I could just do independently, but it's nice to have some structure.
I'm interested in international relations, war and things of that nature.

Open University offer many free courses to help enhance your academic knowledge -

Futurelearn is another good one -

Ted talks, enrolling at a free local college course and wider reading of current affairs are all excellent opportunities to develop your knowledge.

    All the best,
