social work personal statement
I'm now in year 13 at sixth form and I'm now starting to write my personal statement. I'm applying for a social work course, and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on what to include and what would make me stand out from the crowd?
A social work statement is different from academic courses. You should have shadowing/work experience so you can talk about the role of a social worker, the skills they need and why it is interesting for you. Then you should talk about the skills you've got that are relevant to being a social worker
