Anyone starting this in October with DD102? My aim is also to pick up DE100 in January - are 2 modules doable in the first year? I really want to do 2 modules a year... any advice?

I've just done DD102 - loved it. It starts off gently enough but ramps up by the end. I'd advise seeing how you're getting on and registering for DE100 at the last minute if you decide to do it. I wish I'd overlapped them now, but did well in DD102 so I guess it would depend on the individual student. However, bear in mind if you're registered on a named psychology degree they want you to do the level 1 courses over two years.

I'm starting DE100 now so can let you know how that is in a couple of months!

My other advice would be to have a look at (or even make a start on) the online materials and books (basically follow the online stuff - it tells you when to read various chapters) now the website is open. Once the course is underway if you can get yourself a couple of weeks ahead it will help if you do decide to pick up DE100 in January.
