"Something has gone wrong" message every time I log in.

Every time I try to log in to check the process of my application, I keep getting the message that "something has gone wrong". I have tried every device, every browser and I still get the same message. All I want to do is check the status of my application... I have rang up 3 times... 2 times the systems crashed... And yesterday all this man did was reset my password and secret answer (WHICH I DID NOT WANT!), he kept telling me I keep logging in wrong, and I know I didn't and even after he sent me new log in details, I still can't log in!

Also, I was told that my application is in "manual assessment"... I have no idea what that means and niether did the man at the end of the phone... Can someone explain this to me please and give me a rough idea on how long it will take because I enrol on Monday!
