I want to study History and International relations at uni, I studied Economics, History, Geography and Psychology at AS level and now don't know which out of Geography and Psychology to drop - I'm worried that if I do psychology it will be 'less respected' ( even though I don't agree that it should be)Which one do I drop? I find psychology more interesting but got the same grade in both

It doesn't matter; both are perfectly fine for history and IR degrees. Do whichever you like most.
