Is it worth a remark?

Why bother with a post grad? Are they even worth it? Have your say! 26-10-2016

When my teacher marked my by OCR F326 A level chemistry coursework , she told me that I had lost approximately 7 marks - which would have been a high B or low A. When I got my results my coursework grade was a D and I had lost over 20 marks.

Would asking for a remark be useful in any way? My school doesn't want me to do it and one of the lab techs told me due to the large discrepancies in the marking the exam board would complain to the school and the head teacher didn't want that. Where does that leave me?

I would say don't go for a remark because it sounds like your teacher told you that you lost 7 marks to big herself up as a teacher especially since the attitude of the school seems to be 'no complaints from the examboard' or whatever. It may just be a waste of money
