I've loved two girls and I've also lost two girls but with the first one it was hard.

The first girl, that I now hate absolutely ripped my heart out and completely ruined me and myself esteem.

The second girl, who I only knew for a short period of time also ripped the heart out of me, but with her she made me happy but due to my ex, I couldn't do much with her and so she left me in her past and we never met again.

So why is the first cut the deepest

Cat Stevens? Sorry, there is a song call ''The first cut is the deepest''

Being serious, people usually don't forget their first love, it was the first time they have felt 'that' way. And people will never forget it. However, when you're happy once again (hopefully soon!) you'll look back and be reminiscent, not heartbroken. As for what the two girls did to you, I'm sure that will pass, and you'll get over it.
