Can I pay to resit?

I left college in 2015 after completing my course but I failed ICT, I have now decided I want to go to uni but I need 180 points and I only have 160.

Can I pay to resit my AS ICT exam to get them extra needed points 3 years later?

Yes if you can find a centre that will take you for those exams as a private candidate. Speak to the exams officer at your original college.
