I dropped my dslr!!!

So the day before yesterday my Nikon D3100 came through the post, and the very next day I dropped it...It dropped from my desk onto the wood floor, which is about 2-3 feet? I quickly picked the camera up and checked to see if it worked. I turned it on and the Auto focus was working fine, the manual focus was fine, and everything else worked, no problems. However, today, I noticed a scratch on the lens, near the glass (not on the glass itself, but on the writing) I don't know if its from the previous owner. From the nature of the fall, it doesnt seem like a scratch could take place there...
Cool story.
a scratch won't affect the performance.

Hi, I gently shook it,its not a rattling noise, theres something moving inside but its very faint. I shook it a bit harder and heard something.
