I recently did my UKCAT and got an average of 617 which im very dissapointed with. Im wondering where i should apply to now. I have 9A*s and 3As for GCSEs (highest in my school) and for AS I got AAAB ( B was in economics which I dropped) and have a prediction of A*AA for A2. Im planning of applying to 2 BMAT unis however im not sure on which other unis I would have a chance of getting into. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

As you have amazing GCSE and AS level grades as well as A2 predictions, you still have a great chance to get in, do not give up! I think you should look at Universities that aren't UKCAT heavy, such as Cardiff (there is a great focus on GCSE's for Medicine applicants so it's worth a shot with your GCSE's). I'm not sure of others but you could try researching using this link http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/wiki...your_Strengths
Some information may be out of date so you could try and double check with Uni websites and prospectuses!
Wish you all the best, keep fighting to achieve your dream!

I guess it's about looking at the unis which aren't so heavy on ukcat. Some unis have a points system based on GCSEs and work experience which may work more in your favour.
