Is FSMQ mathematics equal to or above a GCSE?

I did my advanced FSMQ mathematics last year in year 10 and got an A (highest grade). I am aware, it is roughly equivalent to an AS module and is worth 20 UCAS points but when someone asks me my GCSE grades (7 A*, 3 A, 1 B) then do I also include the FSMQ and make it 7 A*, 4A and 1 B? What would you guys say?

It's above GCSE, but I think it still counts as one.

I think you should say GCSEs 7A*, 3A, 1B plus grade A FSMQ.
