Hi, I am going to start my fisrt year in A-Level and I got my desired subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer science) I want to go study medicine and later become a surgeon. NOW the problem is that my gcses wernt so great (I expected them to be more better, and I have sent some of my grades for remarking)
I got :
I was so close to A's in all my b grades. For Example art I was 2 marks away from an A. However I have great ambition. I wont let this take me down. I have joined the RAF cadets and am going to get the Duke Of Edinburgh Award, And a BTEC in aviation(some sort of subject im about to start). Also I have applied for volunteering work in hospitals. Clinical trials, and many other roles. I am panicking because My GCSE'S dont look great. These grades DONT decide my true knowledge of sciences. Eg in Bio I got 326ish out of 400 which got me a B and VERY CLOSE to an A. I have very BAD handwriting and I am sure this was the reason for all this. However I have asked my school for a remark. I am very stressed could anyone help me on what I should do know?
From GCSE to A level, it's all changing
