    Hi everyone,

to cut a long story short, I hated my psychology degree and wanted to switch to Politics. However, as this year was the end of maintenance grants, I couldn't afford to start from 1st year. Therefore, after a lot of begging, I managed to get straight into 2nd year on the promise I would complete all the 1st year essays.

However, I'm really struggling with ensuring what is needed of me in these essays, as I'm so used to writing lab reports.

Is there anyone who can help with guidance/tips/advice - anything! I just need to try and catch up and ensure that all of my work is of a good standard, as this jump is a lot bigger than what I had anticipated.

    Thank you!!
