I have developed a fear of moths.

    I never had this fear before, but I cannot stand them. It doesn't matter if they're dead or alive.

    It's even worse when the light on your phone attracts them at night and they just fly towards you...AH

    I hate moths too. I think its mainly because they make me jump and they are associated with a lot of horror movies.
    When I went to Greece, there were some really huge ones- one I even mistook for a small bird.
    I think the best thing to do is to try and prevent them from coming into your house. If you have your windows open at night whilst having a light on in your room, the chance of one flying in is very high.
    So maybe if you keep windows closed after sunset, you won't have to deal with any inside your house.
