Hi, I am returning to studying and looking for some advice. Going yo be doing my MSc via distance learning so all my coursework is online. Will need to do basic research via internet, presentations and essays etc. I will have access to my work computer during those hours and I don't think I would be taking a laptop around with me (not when a tiny usb can carry my work around!).

I went to currys/pc world last night and two that stood out to me were:

Hp all in one pc 22-b060na
    Hp pavillion laptop 15-au072sa

Would either of these be sufficient or is there something else that would be better. (Up to £400) I have an ipad air 2 with 128gb memory too.

    Thanks in advance

And if i do pick a laptop do i need an i3 (as I keep seeing mentioned) or is an AMD A10 sufficient? Thanks

If you don't need the portability of a laptop, get a PC. Much better performance for your money, they generally last longer and they're much easier to repair as replacing parts is simpler.
