Okay, so, currently, I am in Year 10, and am struggling to find an artist whose style resonates with mine, or even, an artist at all. I have not begun any coursework as such yet; I am simply researching. I have been a Year 10 GCSE student for a mere few days, so that may not come as such a surprise.
I suppose I should appraise you of my style - I struggle with proportion on my own, yet can copy and redo an image to my own style, no matter what. I draw eyes well, and typically focus on human drawing, though I do not want for this to restrict me. I can try and adapt to anything if I try hard enough.
Though this is both good and bad, I am something of a perfectionist. I do not have it in myself to do anything half-heartedly, if you catch my drift. I can't afford for others to go beyond me. Does that sound right? I don't know if it does.
I suppose, what I'm trying to say is that I need artists to explore, I need inspiration to take up. I'm a little panicked at the moment. The topics I have been given to choose from are; 'Confectionary', 'Identity', and 'The Natural and Man-Made World'.
Thank you x
