but I do think the system is flawed. It doesnt make sense to have an examiner 3 times, i should of had someone else.
Unfortunately, the selection is random and nobody gets to pick and choose, not even the examiner. I'm sure the examiner feels the same way. They see the same name appear over and over again on their programme and they're not too keen either. Perhaps they remember the candidate for being absolutely terrible or dangerous, or perhaps they became aggressive and kicked off after they failed last time, but still they have to just lump it and take the person out again and hope for the best.
It's a thankless task and under some trying circumstances with annoying or abusive candidates, it's no wonder they sometimes come across as "unapproachable" or "irritable".
