I am interested in going into some kind of computing/engineering career (such as mechanical engineering or software development). However I got A and B in GCSE maths and my college will only let me take maths A level with 2 A's. Most universities require an A in maths a level for the type of courses that I want to take* so without the maths makes it very hard to go into that sort of field. I know that I will find maths a level extremely difficult so I am reluctant to take my a levels in a different college.

Anyone got any advice about what i should do?

    Artificial Intelligence
    Computer Science
    Electrical & Electronic Engineering
    Mechanical Engineering
    Mechatronic Engineering
    Software engineering

Have you thought about resitting? If you find math difficult are you sure engineering is a good career choice? Maybe think about what you do enjoy and are good at and work out what you can do with those subjects?

I really wouldn't like to resit and at the moment subjects such as physics and computer science are my best subjects and the ones I enjoy.
